Entire experience from 1st visiting website, to placing order and working with Glenm Grover on bed specifications, assembly instructions, delivery and actual assembly - all went off without a hitch. Took two of us quite a bit of time but in the end unit looks and operates great. We purchased unit for an office/study room in our home in the mountains of CO. Gives us a great spot for additional guests.
