I ordered a heating cable and extra temperature probe and WYF shipped it out the same day. The prices are very competitive and the shipping was incredibly quick. I called customer support after I thought I didn't receive everything in the cable box, and when I called, I was connected directly to a human. No phone menus or other holding. It's nice to have that access to support. Support answered my question immediately and I was in the wrong. I should also mention that pre-sales responsiveness about my project was excellent.
