Of course, I ordered the wrong thermostat to replace one that had died. Ordered the correct one and sent the first one back for a credit. All went smooth and was credited promptly. Even had to call WarmUp for help to get this new thermostat programmed. It's not all that easy and clear for this old guy. WarmUp was really nice and helpful. All in all - it's so nice to have my warm floor in the bathroom back on these cool nights in Colorado. Thank you WarmYourFloor for having the correct item itn stock and accepting the first one back.
