My previous review was left in regards to the service I received at NUHEAT, not Warm your Floor. Warm Your Floor responded in concern to the original review I left describing the call I made to NUHEAT to trouble-shoot why the floor was not heating. Krista, who made 3 phone calls to me, was excellent in her attempt to straighten out the situation. We did get the floor going by tightening 1 loose wire.

I am having issues with the floor not heating. Despite being programed or on manual mode. I called tech support last 01/06/23 and again today. today the tech guy i talked to was condescending and not helpful. He questioned where I got the thermostat, what kind was it, told me that the "pass" test on floor, GCFI, thermostat were not to be paid attention to. Also told me the red heat waves meant nothing. He said he would not give wiring help to me, bu only to an electrician. WHY HAVE TECH SUPPORT IF THEY CANT HELP? His help was to send an email with instructions to test the thermostat. Thanks for nothing.
Friday's experience was different. That gentleman was patient, thorough and polite. The person I just talked to must hate customer service, my husband heard the conversation and said 'That guy doesn't want to help." What a bunch of rudeness.
My husband is a high school shop teacher who teaches electrical wiring, btw.
