Company was responsive. Installation was a challenge due to the stiffness of the tightly rolled panels (mine were 15' long), and compounded by the electrical connections being preattached, which made that end of the roll heavy and unwieldy to begin with. Would be so much simpler to allow installer to clip on the wiring after stapling the panels up.
