Shipping box was too small for 42” x 84” heating mat and thermostat.
Electrical lead was smashed (looks intact though) and t stat box crushed as it was forced into packaging.
Have not installed either yet.
Hope everything works as advertised.
Shipping should take better care of packaging items as it relates to 1st impressions.
