Best customer service experience in a long time. I highly recommend ordering through Warm Your Floor. They are extremely knowledgable and responsive. I received a call within 30 minutes of my order, letting me know that a couple panels I ordered were out of stock, but would be in for shipping in two days. WYF offered to send a partial order (same day) or wait until all products were available. I opted to wait, and then received notification that everything shipped two days later. I received the full order 3 business days later. I then had a self-inflicted installation issue that they were incredibly flexible in helping me solve. I would recommend WYF to anyone!! I purchased the retrofit under-floor electric 120V product, which was relatively easy to install, and I am enjoying a wonderfully warm floor now!!
