Excellent customer and technical service! As an end user customer knowing little about heated floor systems, they guided me through the process from selection, measuring, understanding the warranty and through purchasing. I received the accessories in a couple of days and the custom mat in 5 business days. I will review again once it is installed. Highly recommend!!
