My original thermostat failed after about 5 years. I went to their website to understand my options and then called to confirm my thoughts about what to replace it with. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and pointed me to the correct, upgraded replacement thermostat. She even matched the slightly lower price it was being sold for on Amazon. It arrived in just a few days, was an easy installation and is working fine.
