Presently at Lakeside. Our woodland lodge is lovely but cannot say the same for the rest of the facilities
The pool and gym is closed Monday and Friday and only open 9am to 4pm midweek so no opportunity for pre dinner swim. Not as advertised on web site. The restaurant service is poor and lots ot items are not available due to no food being ordered as menu is to change next week. Staff shortages adding to the problems. Worst Warner holiday ever. Daily activities are all sport based, cinema closed, very few other things to do. So disappointed.
