I haven’t been yet but booking for a group was a nightmare. I called the help line a couple of times and got different answers. Also only the lead guest can make amendments and then it isn’t straightforward. Warners need to streamline their online booking and train their customer are advisers better. I had paid an extra £10 to have a room allocated but when I tried to change I was told that the cost is £15. I’ve been to Warners before but this will probably be the last time if they don’t get their act together. I think they are slipping in customer care and I would only give a two star, my friend also was very frustrated and such a waste of our time!!!!
