The company has a terrible attitude towards customer service and leaves local hotel management to deal with problems, despite the fact that they are clearly not up to the job and simply use a formula approach to calculating compensation for problems with absolutely no regard to the significant disruption somebody might have experienced on their holiday. The holidays are good when they go well, but don't expect any level of service when you encounter a problem. I am seriously reconsidering whether I can face holidaying again with them in the future.
