The service team was rude and won’t even process my claim because it’s all wear and tear even though the policy clearly states engine and gearbox.
The man then decided to dissmiss all my point and started getting aggravated with me and then refused to let me talk to a senior member or the company.
This company should not be allowed to trade due to them miss selling consumers.
