Don’t buy warranty 2000. When I’m clime says 24-48hr take long then I’m contracting 3/4 time customer service very very bad, today I call again lady says I’m still waiting for asses report. ( today After 3 weeks later) I’m receive by email :

Having had the opportunity of examining your file, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer assistance on this occasion due to the following:
The policy only affords coverage for components that are specifically listed under the "What is covered" section of your policy booklet. Therefore as the problems you have experienced are not detailed within your coverage we are unable to assist with the repair costs incurred. Unfortunately this claim has been rejected as the engineers report states that the vehicle has been driven whilst having a known fault. In closing I would like to apologise for what may appear a negative response, our aim is to assist our customers wherever possible at the time of failure however, taking into consideration the above we are unable to offer assistance on this occasion.
