I tried to make a claim when I first bought my car
The door release mechanism had snapped in one of the rear doors
I notified Warrantywise of the problem and they advised me to take it to a dealership
The highly reputable Vauxhall dealership tried for two days to contact them but got no response
On the third day I needed to use my car so I had to authorise the repair - as it was unsafe to drive without the door being able to be opened - especially with young family in the back
The repair I had to pay for myself
So I will not be renewing my warranty with a bunch of cowboys
They should be ashamed
