Dear Sir / madam, I am writing this message to bring to your attention what an exceptional employee you have working in your company, Angela Birtwistle. Her calm and patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high, not to mention the symphonic and caring approach to ensure the customer was made to feel that they are important to Warrentywise. The incredible support she showed me to resolve the Warrenty claim that had been very badly managed previously was second to none as well as the vast knowledge she has and the remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. I truly hope that some reward can be awarded to Angela Birtwistle as recognition for her amazing customer service as she is an incredible asset to Warrentywise and if more companies has employees like Angela then the world would be a much better place.
