I followed up with a call to an extremely helpful (and patient) member of staff who tailored the quote to my exact needs which saved a chunk of money. He answered all my my, what I thought were, searching questions easily and clearly. He had met Quentin Willson on many occasions when he was in the office so QW is not just one of those figurehead ambassadors. All in all a very satisfactory experience despite parting with a sizeable sum of money. I am completely happy that it has been well spent and it has given me great peace of mind.
