The whole experience was very good with full explanation of each of my queries. The operative was very patient with nothing too much trouble to clarify. The deal I purchased after his full explanation was better than the initial quote on line. I am by nature dubious of vehicle warranties especially after reading reviews from customers of other companies. I had spoken to friends who had purchased the Warranty wise warranty prior to me going on line and had very pleasing results. One from a customer in the motor trade who had the Warrantywise warranty for his and his wife's cars !!!! He found it pound for pound the best option by far because they always paid out for the repair. Enough said, good enough for me !.
