Your repairer wishes to replace the following part(s) on your vehicle: 1) Engine They have advised your vehicles engine wet timing belt has failed. We are aware this is a very common failure for Ford engines therefore they are excluded on all levels of cover. Unfortunately, inherent, common and regularly occurring manufacturing faults are excluded on all plans therefore we are unable to authorise your request. Please refer to your plan booklet for full terms and conditions. I am sorry this is not the outcome you expected.
