What a great experience! After my Casio smartwatch shipped without its proprietary charging cable, I reached out to Watches.com and they were able to contact Casio and get a new cable sent to me. Ashley was my rep, and she was absolutely wonderful! Apparently, some people expect the seller (Watches.com) to personally open every box from a manufacturer and check it before shipping it, but that's not realistic. Besides, stuff happens. I didn't have a cable, but it's not a mark against either company, it's just how the world functions. As long as I was able to get a replacement, that's all that mattered.
