Watches.com had my back! I had an issue w/a Minion watch (one of the eyes was off its mooring and lying at the bottom of the watch face when it arrived) and as I did not see a return label or instructions for returning the watch in any of the packaging, I was concerned w/how this was going to go. Well, it couldn't have gone better or easier. I emailed Watches.com, had a very pleasant exchange w/Taylor who told me how to return the watch and immediately sent a return label. Taylor contacted me after they received the returned watch and asked if I'd like a refund or a credit. I honestly can't think of how this experience could have been better. Shopping at Watches.com is 100% worry-free - trust me, I know.
