I love you guys! The selection's insane (almost too many when I'm trying to make a choice!) INCLUDING INVENTORY the MANUFACTURER NO LONGER OFFERED (i.e. my Shinola Mood Watch); the prices range from fair (meaning fair) to great and there's always discounts & sales; but what really sealed it for me was when I had an issue w/a watch (arrived damaged) I purchased - I emailed CS & Taylor responded in 21 MINUTES. She told me how to properly return the watch (packaging, etc), and emailed a shipping label, only slowing down long enough to tell me how sorry she was that I had this issue. Upon receipt of the watch, Taylor emailed asking would I like a refund or a credit (I took a credit) and she promptly sent a g.c. in the full amount of the watch. My problem literally couldn't have been handled better or faster, and that's really where the rubber meets the road, right? Everyone's great before there's a problem, but what do they do when you have an issue? I did, and Watches.com essentially said "I got you" and they did. 5 stars from this very satisfied customer.
