I received the watch I ordered for my son’s birthday, no problem. When he got the same watch from his dad, I initiated the return via the website & through the email process with order # just as they instructed. The reply I received was that they would review and I was to await approval & further instructions. I waited 1 week and sent another email. I have still not received a reply after another 3 days. I’m waiting on the $300+ credit so I can buy him a gift for his bday that was over 2 weeks ago! This should be wrapped up and done and instead I’m full of anxiety waiting on an email that doesn’t come. Ridiculous.
