Legally,You guys must before you ship anything must send an email or text notice, that it is being shipped so as to start the clock. And what info must include when it was actually shipped and a tracking /shippping number. You should ask for a response to such a notice to make it is clear everyone is on the same page. Dont get in the way of someone trying to buy the rug your floor, because that is the way real retail works: sell to anyone anything they want to buy in the store. Things sold that way can always be replaced. By way of example, You may not be in the prints or rug business but if someone will buy something you have on the wall or floor: then sell it.
