The watch I received was defective and I had to send it back. The customer service was excellent. They say responses to inquiries take 24-48 hours, but I have always gotten a response in less than 24 hours. When a customer service rep said, "I will contact the factory and get back to you," I figured I would never hear from them again. But the next day I got a second email with the answer to my question, and the issue was resolved quickly. This has likely been the best customer service I've gotten in decades. Very happy!
