Went with my hubby to Watchfinder this is what happened Horrendous service even before I purchased a watch Never answered E mail So went to Bluewater shop. Put a £3300 deposit on a Rolex hulk at £16.5 k watch on Thursday. Promised I could collect it on the Saturday. Rung them late Saturday and was told they hadn’t taken delivery yet but would ring me back once they found out where it was (by the ass manager Oliver. )Guess what No phone call same as emails. So went over there tonight Monday evening to be told it hadn’t even been sent by the Bicester branch. Yep I demanded a refund. Biggest waste of time ever by the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay clear. You have been warned
