The returns process is ridiculous! I am still trying to get a return shipping label sent after submitting my return request yesterday, only to hear that my submission was being "Reviewed." Huh?? It's brand new, tags on, came in the mail that day, never worn, and I just want to repackage and get it sent back! When I complained to customer service all I got was the link for the Returns portal but it did not work because I'd already submitted it! C'mon Numi! This is TOO HARD! Send me a label and LET'S BE DONE with IT!
