“The returns process is ridiculous! I am still trying to get a return shipping label sent after submitting my return request yesterday, only to hear that my submission was being "Reviewed." Huh?? It's brand new, tags on, came in the mail that day, never worn, and I just want to repackage and get it sent back! When I complained to customer service all I got was the link for the Returns portal but it did not work because I'd already submitted it! C'mon Numi! This is TOO HARD! “Great product! Really saves on laundry and dry cleaning. The crew neck t-shirt is very comfortable and fits well under sweaters. Only gave 4 stars because the fit is inconsistent. I have 6 undershirts, and they all fit a little differently! Some are much smaller/larger than others.”

“Customer service was excellent. I was able to do an exchange without much hassle. I ordered a blouse as well as an undershirt. Unfortunately a button fell of the blouse before I even had a chance to wear it but I still like it and love the fit of it. However the blouse was pretty expensive so rather annoying to lose a button so quickly.”
