Customer service is quick but need better way of fixing delivery problems, many time I order they cancel the order without notice the customer. I was waiting on my shipping After 3or 4 day I track my order it says on delivery so I wait another 2day and check the order was cancelled and I have to call them to tell me the order was cancel. They won’t reship the damaged package when they know it’s damage. Made it sound like is the customer problem when the package was damaged and returned. If this is the reason the customer didn’t receive there package shouldn’t the company reship the package out at the first place and give us another tracking number at first time? Order march 2, 2024 haven’t received all the parts and call on 14th notice to it was damage, didn’t reship or refund in until asked.
