“We needed some last min carafes for a big event. We couldn't find them any where in town! Webstaurant had them .. yeah! They would even over night them to us. Another YEAH! Awesome we'll pay the $ to get them here. They were to arrive JUST before the event but as long as it was before we'd b good.
They never arrived! :-( I called the afternoon of the event, per the operator, the wearhouse chose not to send them out even tho we ordered them well before the cut off time. The lady i spoke w was very apologetic. She started the process to return all our money.
She asked if we still wanted them. I had to check w husbsnd & folks from the event. The concensus was not really. By the time I got back to her she had already sent them to us, no charge!
This company stands behind their service. We WILL b using them again! We'll try not to make it last min tho ... ;-)”
“Awful customer service! Spent over $40,000 on 2 Henny Penny fryers that were damaged, missing parts and one with no factory seal and dirty and they would not replace. Took weeks to get any response and you cannot speak to someone directly. You get an email of responses that never take care of the issue. Very frustrating. You learn a lot about a company on how they deal with problematic issues and I give them an "F". I can only try to help others avoid this problem in the future.”

I am beyond frustrated with this company. Their shipping costs are horrible AND eats up any savings you may think you got by purchasing from this company. The ETA's are absolutely the worst, if you're tax exempt, you have to jump through hurdles to get the tax removed AND what is EXTREMELY irritating is that there is no phone number to call. Everything is done through chat or email.

“WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY CALLED THEM AND WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDERED. They said it's been shipped but they never shipped it out. They only created a label. “Customer service is quick but need better way of fixing delivery problems, many time I order they cancel the order without notice the customer. I was waiting on my shipping After 3or 4 day I track my order it says on delivery so I wait another 2day and check the order was cancelled and I have to call them to tell me the order was cancel. They won’t reship the damaged package when they know it’s damage. Made it sound like is the customer problem when the package was damaged and returned. If this is the reason the customer didn’t receive there package shouldn’t the company reship the package out at the first place and give us another tracking number at first time? Order march 2, 2024 haven’t received all the parts and call on 14th notice to it was damage, didn’t reship or refund in until asked.”

Spent over 3 hours begging Supervisors in Customer Service to get this product shipped.
1. Order on Wed, 2/28/2024.
2. Writing this on Sat, 3/2/2024. No product shipped, but “kindly” informed “It is in stock and ready to ship in our warehouse”.
3. As of last night, I was charged $524.46 LAST NIGHT for the order, but they still have not shipped the product and cannot give me any timeframe when they will ship it or when it will arrive.
This company is a complete scam. They do not supply the products they claim or advertise on their website. They do not meet their obligations. Their Customer Service is ABYSMAL at the very best.
Avoid this place at yours and your bank account’s peril!!”

Ordered various items over my 20 year tenure at my job. Recently ordered a small batch of mints. Some back and forth with production that I was able to work through, delivered, people loved them. Then went to reorder but wanted to change up the mint, keep the wrapper design. Company would not do that, wanted to charge all new setup fees so I designed new wrapper. They added the charges, I agreed. Time passes and then I am contacted that wrapper is not available with the mints. I negotiate to lower the price down from the upcharge of the new wrapper choice, but still have to pay for setup etc...same wrapper as previous ordered. Lots of wasted time in communication and the money budgeted I was trying to spend from lapsed due to their accounting system and fell into another FY budget cycle.
Boxes finally arrive all beat up, holes in them, tape missing but the individual cases seem intact. I use all old product first, then go to open one of the new cases and every handful I pull up has empty wrappers. I immediately contact company, send pictures and they want me now to open all the cases, count the empty wrappers. That would be a waste of my time at this point so I will just go through the wrappers as I need to break the seal on the case. This was a $550+ order in just candy. Perhaps, I can save all the wrappers and at the end of use of what was ordered, I can refer back to their email and return the exact number of empty wrappers, filled with air.”

Hi, My son left this week for a 6-month deployment on the USSR Theodore Roosevelt. My son is a Navy Nuclear Engineer, which means he gets very little time on deck and sees very little sunlight. The food aboard the Carrier is tolerable.
