Where do I start. We arrived in napoli, Italy to find that our driver cancelled 1 hour before pick up from the airport whilst we were still in the air. We then had to organise another transfer to get to our destination last minute which took a lot of time and was stressful. It gets much worse. Upon leaving the destination (I had booked transfers through this company from the airport and a return to the airport at the end of the holiday) I received an email at 1am saying the other transfer was cancelled. 1 am. We were leaving that morning. What a disgusting service. I can tolerate one cancellation for what ever reason but 2 in a row and we are paying a lot of money for this pathic service, it just does not add up. Please be weary if you book this company in the future. I am very easy going but this has been the worst service I have received. I am now left to organise yet another transfer hours before departure (yes, it's 1am.). Just don't use this service for peace of mind, I know it's harsh but I can provide emails with dates and times from when we booked (months in advance) to this hours before cancellation. Pathetic. Please see the attached emails from a 24h hour reminder with an assigned driver to a cancellation at 12:40am(morning of transfer). Never use this service.
