“Avoid at all costs. I booked them to take my family and me from our hotel in Athens to the airport. The driver went to the wrong location and then refused to come to the correct place in spite of repeated requests and clear location information. He charged us for additional waiting time and then advised us that we were a 'no show.' We have been advised that we will not be refunded in spite of the driver's conduct. Do not give these people your business.”

“I used them for a round trip from Jeddah to Makkah, Saudi Arabia. They ask so many questions for details they should not know. They will ask for all the people's names and passport numbers. Once I arrived in Jeddah, I did not find anyone waiting for me in the airport. However, the driver sent me a WhatsApp video to follow until I got outside the airport; the drivers were not friendly indeed. The contact person is ok and has some customer service experience. However, the local drivers are unfriendly. Even if you say thank you, they will not reply to you. I did not tip any of the two drivers because of their way of dealing with me. They will not help you with your luggage. One driver knows nothing about Makkah and keeps driving in Makkah for almost one hour until he finds the hotel. He was completely lost in Makkah. Also, the price is exaggerated. Also, be careful, no refund at all.”

“I booked a welcome pickups for a pickup at Bandaranaike airport Sri Lanka. I was not too comfortable about it but Ajith Sembu did a fantastic job, was very polite and attentive. We were happy with the service provided.”

“Wir hatten 3 Tage vor unserer Abreise online das Taxi bestellt, eine Bestätigung erhalten und ca. 8 Stunden vor der Abreise, haben wir eine Absage erhalten, es stehe kein Fahrer zur Verfügung!!!! Wie schlecht muss eine Firma organisiert sein, dass nicht bereits schon 3 Tage vorher bekannt war, dass nicht genügend Fahrer zur Verfügung stehen bzw. bei der Grösse dieses Unternehmens nicht nachvollziehbar! Wir werden diesen Service ganz sicher nie wieder nutzen geschweige denn weiter empfehlen.”

“This Company was brilliant, They gave us the name of the driver and reg of the car the day before. I had a text on the morning of my departure to Alicante airport, driver was waiting for us. Lovely clean car. Driver was very polite. I will definitely be using this company when I go to Alicante next year. Reasonable Fares. They definitely deserve 5 stars.”

“We had a terrifying ride yesterday from the Ocean Blue & Sand Resort to the Punta Cana airport. Order # w-3954871-1. Our driver, Granmy Joel Perez, drove erratically, far too fast and was constantly honking at other drivers. He was very twitchy and seemed on edge. We soon realized he was under the influence of drugs. We had a baby in the van and it was not a safe situation for us. This type of behaviour should not be tolerated by your company. We feel we should have a full refund and also a reply from you stating what consequences this driver will face. This type of behaviour should be taken very seriously and he should not be driving.”

“Our pick up from the Budapest Hotel Mystery for an airport transfer was perfect. He arrived promptly and sent an SMS to say he was waiting. He welcomed us with a smile and courteous handshake and loaded our two pieces of luggage. The journey was smooth and he knew which terminal to drop us for our flight to the UK.”
