“Wonderful service! I used Welcome for transportation in Rome to and from my hotel from the airport. Great communication and confirmation via email and What's App. The drivers were very professional. Both pickups arrived early. Price is higher than a taxi but the peace of mind and convenience was well worth it.”

“Disappointing Experience with Welcome Pickups We had scheduled a transfer for our clients through Welcome Pickups, which was canceled just two days before their arrival at the destination. The booking was made 1.5 months in advance, and the payment was completed at the time of booking. The transfer involved 3 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately, no solution or alternative was offered, leaving our clients without transportation and without compensation. Our experience with Welcome Pickups was extremely disappointing and shows that it is a company you cannot trust under any circumstances. We are awaiting the return of our money and hope that customer service will improve in the future.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. We were contacted in advance of our arrival so we knew who would collect us from the airport and were lucky to get Spyros. He was highly knowledgeable, kind and even contacted a left luggage company on our behalf before our onward travels. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Spyros and Welcome PickUp again 😊”

“I booked a transfer from Langkawi airport to the Danna Langkawi Hotel. I paid $50 Australian dollars. I was met by a man in old clothes and was transferred in a filthy old van. I should have just used the Grab service. Less than favourable experience.”

“We had a great experience with Welcome Pickups in Tokyo. Our driver AKIRA communicated with us a few days before our flight to introduce himself, and was in touch as soon as we landed. He was waiting at the airport with a sign. His service made transfer to our hotel after a long flight pleasant and easy.”

“Avoid at all costs. I booked them to take my family and me from our hotel in Athens to the airport. The driver went to the wrong location and then refused to come to the correct place in spite of repeated requests and clear location information. He charged us for additional waiting time and then advised us that we were a 'no show.' We have been advised that we will not be refunded in spite of the driver's conduct. Do not give these people your business.”

“I used them for a round trip from Jeddah to Makkah, Saudi Arabia. They ask so many questions for details they should not know. They will ask for all the people's names and passport numbers. Once I arrived in Jeddah, I did not find anyone waiting for me in the airport. However, the driver sent me a WhatsApp video to follow until I got outside the airport; the drivers were not friendly indeed. The contact person is ok and has some customer service experience. However, the local drivers are unfriendly. Even if you say thank you, they will not reply to you. I did not tip any of the two drivers because of their way of dealing with me. They will not help you with your luggage. One driver knows nothing about Makkah and keeps driving in Makkah for almost one hour until he finds the hotel. He was completely lost in Makkah. Also, the price is exaggerated. Also, be careful, no refund at all.”
