I do not recommend this company for a pickup from a cruise ship. Here are the reasons;
1. You have no control over when your bags will be released.
2. Unlike the airport pickup for a cruise ship you are only given 30 minutes delay to arrive from your transport time if there is a delay.
3. For airports delays you are given 1 hour After your pickup time due to baggage delays.
4. The arrival of your luggage off a cruise ship is out of your control you are assigned a number and told when your bags are to be delivered. If the ship is running behind in the debarking and the delivery of your bags you are screwed on your pick up.
5. My delay was for one hour.
6. I communicated directly with the driver and advised him of the delay. He indicated he would wait. When I advised him
of the delay he indicated he had another pickup. I also told him I would notify the office of the delay. He then indicated he would wait but he did not he left me
6. The driver waited 10 minutes more and left me which did not give me an opportunity to book with your company for a change in the pickup, so I got screwed out of my money and the ability to change to a different driver.
7. The driver got paid, his action prevented a reasonable charge to an another driver. The drive used the rules to his advantage.
So screw over the foreign customers. It’s all about the dollars, not the service and you are stranded.
Buyer beware, use someone else.
On a positive note I used this company to transport me to the ship for the cruise. It was perfect. The driver arrived early and was very attentive.
