I had a reservation almost a month prior our trip to Tenerife. It was cancelled 1 minute after(!) the agreed pickup time. I was with my family, 3 kids, so it was pretty inconvenient to figure out our travel immediately.
Good thing they offered a 15€ coupon from a next trip, I am most probably won't use it as I don't think I can trust in them after this.
