I needed to be at the airport in Rome for an early flight. I decided to give Welcome Pickups a try based on all the positive reviews and recommendations I had read online. I was not disappointed!!! It was very easy to book my needs online and I received a booking confirmation via email immediately. I was also notified via email with reminders regarding my pick-up and a description of the vehicle with plate number and my driver's name with a photo. I walked outside to wait for my driver 5 minutes before scheduled departure and my driver, Gaber Hussien was already there waiting for us. Gaber was so polite and friendly and even helped us with our luggage. He drove safely and professionally and got us to the airport with complete ease. What a great experience! Thank you!
