I used them for a round trip from Jeddah to Makkah, Saudi Arabia. They ask so many questions for details they should not know. They will ask for all the people's names and passport numbers. Once I arrived in Jeddah, I did not find anyone waiting for me in the airport. However, the driver sent me a WhatsApp video to follow until I got outside the airport; the drivers were not friendly indeed. The contact person is ok and has some customer service experience. However, the local drivers are unfriendly. Even if you say thank you, they will not reply to you. I did not tip any of the two drivers because of their way of dealing with me. They will not help you with your luggage. One driver knows nothing about Makkah and keeps driving in Makkah for almost one hour until he finds the hotel. He was completely lost in Makkah. Also, the price is exaggerated. Also, be careful, no refund at all.
