I would like to edit my one-star review for the Amsterdam airport pickup. It appears I DID receive an email providing information about where to meet my driver (in a far-off locale). The information was to be found it I clicked on a tiny box in the email giving my driver's name. I did not see the box and click on it. I still think the driver should have been in a more convenient locale, and I also think that the information about the pickup should have been in the email itself and not hidden in a tiny click box, but I do accept fault. Take away my one-star rating if you can.
