Driver showed up an hour late. Never got a reply to my contacts but claims he did. Our Hop-On-Hop-Off vouchers were not accepted by the bus and had to pay. Too way too long to get a refund from Welcome. They were more interested in why the voucher was not accepted them to reimburse us.
The ride via a taxi would have been easy to do (cabs waiting right outside of baggage pickup) - in fact our driver was using a taxi. The senior fare from Hop-On-Hop-Off was cheaper than Welcome.
