We were a family of 2 grown ups and 2 children aged 1 and 5, and I informed Welcome Pickups about this. When we were picked up from the airport the car had a baby seat for the youngest, but nothing for the 5 year old. On the return trip from the hotel the car had no child seat at all. We are used to better security in Norway, so I deduct one star for that. Both times we booked a sedan, but were picked up by a mini bus, only for us, for no extra charge. Thumbs up. Drivers were nice, helpful and careful both times. Price was very good compared to the alternatives considered. We didn't really know where to look for Welcome Pickups at the airport, but they found us, so no problem.
