Our flight was delayed and the driver became completely unavailable, although he confirmed he'd pick us up despite the delay. There was no number to call (the driver simply rejected my calls), so I had no support whatsoever from the company - they're only available via email. It was extremely stressful as it was very late by that stage.
On top of that they're twice the price of a regular taxi off the street in Lisbon and you have to prepay. At least they refunded my payment, so that was the only positive.
