I had the pleasure of having Venediktos as my pick up driver (on several occasions because, yes, I rebooked again) and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and knowledgeable driver. From pick up to drop off, I felt welcomed as if he is a good friend I haven't seen in forever! I'll definitely take the time to book with welcome pickups again over the convenience of any local driver thats available because lesson learned.
