Our driver was excellent. He sought us out at the airport in Hong Kong as we had been given two gate numbers as possible pickup points (we did not get the email sent after our departure from Australia confirming the exact location as the global roaming on our mobile did not work too well whilst we were in Vietnam prior to going to Hong Kong.) He was extremely polite, the motor vehicle was in excellent condition and really comfortable. During the journey to our hotel the driver pointed out places of interest which was good. We would certainly use this company again.
