Five days ago, I posted a negative review of Welcome Pickups. I am posting another review because I am very impressed with the wonderful customer service that took place after my taxi ride was cancelled. I immediately received an email requesting more information and then an agent actually called me when I was back in the USA to listen to my issue and offering me a discount the next time I traveled. Clearly, customer service is very important to this company and I am willing to give them another chance. Mistakes can happen to any company and their response to our problem warrants a 5 star review!
