Using welcome pickups was the best decision I made when arriving into Prague. I messaged our driver Serghei As soon as we landed and he replied straight away to let us know he was outside waiting. He was so polite and friendly and a world of knowledge about the area as we were driving to our Airbnb residence. I had difficulty with the address where we were staying when using the online app so messages welcome pickups directly. They couldn’t have been more helpful and took there time to work out exactly where I was staying to reassure me they had the correct address for the driver. We booked them for the return trip to the airport and was assigned the same driver so I didnt have to worry that a driver may not find the difficult address. Serghei was downstairs waiting fir us 10 min ahead of our pick time. All in all It costs the same as a taxi but you have piece of mind.
