Avoid at all costs! Made an order on 4th November for all our lights and some new items, thought it was strange that still not received anything by 24th November so decided to make contact but received no reply then received an automated email on the 28th November stating that my order had been canceled and refunded? Never experienced such awful customer service from any company that I have ever delt with! Now trying to get the items I ordered (well in advance) ready for Christmas decorating. Horrible company to deal with and wouldn't recommend anyone use this terrible service they offer!
