Very quick to take your money and then fail to deliver your goods. I ordered a Christmas tree through them and on their web site they say it will be dispatched in 3 to 4 days. It didn't arrive so I tried to contact them, the phones are switched off, they haven't answered my six emails, they don't respond to the numerous comments on their Facebook or Instagram account. I have contacted Trading Standards through Citizens Advice and put in a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Google this company through buying and read the reviews. Don't buy from them, there are many people without their goods and fighting to get their money back.
