Ordered a prelit 7ft Christmas tree. The tree arrived and it was MUCH more sparse than in the image, was disappointed at how poor the quality was. It looked cheap, which was disappointing for the expensive price tag. Once assembled and plugged in, I find out the middle section of lights did not work. I contacted the company to ask to return the product and a refund. They do not offer a collection service to return large items, which is ridiculous. So now I need to haul this huge tree to the post office somehow; it won’t even fit in my car. In hindsight I should have checked their returns policy before purchasing, that would have been a red flag. Clearly they are using a difficult, impractical returns policy to shift poor quality, broken goods. DO NOT SHOP HERE
