I paid for Express delivery (1-2 days timeframe) on an order and they failed to dispatch it a few days later. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive on time. They refused to cancel the order even though they hadn't processed it yet and advised me to reject the delivery (it was a big delivery 6 large parcels). I rejected the delivery 2 week ago and they keep rerouting Evri back to redeliver them! I've had to reject 2 more times and they still won't accept them back! Surely this is breaking the law? I've tried to contact them over 10 times about this and they are blatantly ignoring me. Avoid this company.
