This company is ridiculously hit and miss with the quality of their products and if anything isn't right, they're impossible to get in contact with to sort out...as I'm currently finding out. Avoid!! I've ordered 3 items. 1 was ok. 1 arrived damaged and I'm waiting a full refund, they have received the item according to tracking but are ignoring my messages about a refund. The third item they sent me the wrong thing (I ordered a garland and received a father Christmas figure). Been a week and they're ignoring my emails. All telephone numbers don't work. Details via PayPal do not work. They ignore emails sent to the email address on their website.
