The first tree arrived and approximately 30 lights on the bottom branches were unlit. After informing customer service, another tree was dispatched which arrived within 3 days and is fine, the customer service is excellent. The tree shape is quite realistic but some of the needles are a plastic type material which isn't very realistic. All in all it's quite a nice tree for the price.
